Christian Tiedemann has broad experience in IP/IT and information law as well as in (licence) contract and competition law. He advises numerous large and medium-sized businesses from the Automotive and eCommerce sectors, drafts their contracts or represents them in judicial and non-judicial proceedings.
A further focus is supporting eBusiness solutions regarding questions arising from data protection law, competition law and liability issues and drafting contracts for IT service providers. In cross-border issues, he specialised on drafting contracts that are consistent with European law and competition law, particularly distribution and licence agreements. He also advises companies and corporate bodies in complex labour law issues and conducts litigation before labour courts. In 2014 Christian successfully completed his training as specialist lawyer for labour law. He also supports medium-sized transactions in the field of mergers & acquisitions and efficiently contributes his special knowledge in IP/IT, contract and labour law. Christian studied law at the University of Augsburg, the Saarland University and the Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main.
