Daniel’s practice focuses on liability and insurance law as well as tax law. On the recommendation of well-known insurers, he particularly represents lawyers, tax consultants, auditors, notaries, insolvency administrators and corporate bodies in liability cases, mainly in matters relating to company, tax or insolvency law. Due to his predominant litigation activity, Daniel has a great deal of experience in the enforcement and defence of claims in civil proceedings.

In addition, his work includes advising clients in corporate, tax and criminal tax law matters and in all areas of judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution. Particularly on the recommendation of tax advisors, he becomes involved in more complex tax audits, financial proceedings and fiscal court proceedings – especially in the case of foreign payments.

A further area of activity is advising and representing medium-sized companies, including in transactions and restructurings, also with regard to tax law issues and in complex civil proceedings. The clients include, in particular, hospitals and medical practices, which are also advised on public law issues (licensing, accounting, budget planning).
