Daniela is a specialist for trademark, unfair competition and design law. She advises, among others, internationally operating groups in the fashion and automotive industries and handles litigation for them. In addition, she manages trademark portfolios of an important bank and medium-sized companies and conducts application and opposition proceedings in formal trademark matters. She is particularly experienced in international trademark registration. She started working as a lawyer in 2007.

A further focus is on copyright and media law advice. Due to an additional master’s degree (LL.M.) with associated specialist lawyer training at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in cooperation with the Mainz Media Institute, Daniela has broad expertise in copyright and media law.
