Vita

Martin is specialized in liability law as well as insurance and tax law, where he represents lawyers, tax consultants, auditors, notaries, insolvency administrators and corporate bodies in procedural and extrajudicial dispute resolution, mainly in the defence of liability claims. 

Martin has a broad expertise in litigation law, especially in legal remedies. Before joining bock legal Martin worked for Rohnke Winter, a most frequently recommended lawfirm at the German Federal Court of Justice. During his work there, he assisted in complex litigations in the highest German judicial authority and was very successful in a number of cases. In addition, he was also a self-employed lawyer. 

A further area of Martins field of activity is sports law. He is the author of publications with reference to sports law.

Martin studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität in Mainz and worked alongside his studies at a chair with its focus on media law. He completed his legal clerkship in Stuttgart and Singapore. Martin is admitted as a lawyer since 2020.
