This is preceded by hundreds of individual interviews and analyses in order to find a reliable basis for the rankings. JUVE&#8217;s research is considered to be particularly well-founded and is an important decision-making aid for clients.<\/p>\n<p>As in previous years, <strong>bock legal<\/strong> is ranked among the leading law firms in Germany for <em>insurance law &#8211; litigation and contract advice<\/em>, <em>trade mark and design law<\/em> and <em>unfair competition<\/em> <em>law<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>It is a special honour to also be named as a leading individual lawyer. As in previous years, our eponymous partner <strong>Dr Andreas Bock<\/strong> is named for <em>unfair competition law<\/em>. We were particularly pleased that our partner <strong>Stefan Bank<\/strong> was also included for the first time among the leading lawyers for <em>D&amp;O advice and representation<\/em> alongside only ten other names.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jan D.
