Jean Philipp Lindscheid advises on all matters of intellectual property and copyright law, including technical IP rights. His main area of expertise is in out-of-court advice and procedural representation in copyright, trademark, design and unfair competition law.
His main areas of practice include out-of-court advice and procedural representation in the fields of patent, trademark, design and copyright law.
Mr. Lindscheid studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and the University of Glasgow (UofG), where he obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & The Digital Economy in 2018. As part of this, he successfully participated in the Harvard Law School cooperation CopyrightX: Glasgow, a specialization in US copyright law. He is also a co-founder of the Glasgow University Intellectual Property Society (GU-IPS).

Mr. Lindscheid completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt, which included stations at bock legal and a large international commercial law firm in Alicante, where he worked in the areas of trademark and design law. He was admitted to the bar in 2024.
