Vita

Maja focuses on lawyer and notary liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, as well as corporate and insurance law. She represents lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, auditors, and board members, managing directors, and supervisory board members in and out of court in defending liability claims and supports clients in all matters of corporate and insurance law. She also works closely with Mr. Bank in the aforementioned areas of practice.

Maja studied law at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. During her studies, she worked as a correctional assistant in the areas of civil and criminal law and gained practical experience in various law firms and courts.

Maja completed her legal clerkship in the Higher Regional Court district of Frankfurt am Main, Regional Court district of Darmstadt, with placements at the Regional Court of Darmstadt, the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Darmstadt, the Administrative Court of Darmstadt, and renowned law firms in Mainz, among others. Her focus was on civil and corporate law issues, among other things. She has been admitted to the bar since July 2025 and works at bock legal.
