Benedikt’s professional focus lies in the area of D&O liability as well as in tax and insurance law. A particular focus is on the procedural and extrajudicial representation of executive board members, managing directors, supervisory board members, tax advisors and auditors in the defence of liability claims. In addition, Benedikt assists in advising renowned professional liability insurers on insurance law issues.

A further area of activity is the counselling and representation of clients across the country in the area of tax liability according to Section 69 German Tax Code opposite the tax authorities as well as the conduct of objection proceedings and legal actions before the tax courts.

Benedikt studied law at Heidelberg University. He completed his subsequent legal clerkship in Frankfurt. During his legal clerkship, Benedikt was already working as a legal assistant for a major US law firm in the field of tax law. Before joining bock legal he worked for the hessian tax authorities in Frankfurt. He started working as a lawyer in 2019.
