Reinhard is mainly active in intellectual property and procedural law since 2000. For many years he is continuously representing a leading telecommunications provider. In addition, he advises a DAX 30 company and medium-sized enterprises. In nationwide civil proceedings before all district and appellate courts, he can draw on his many years of comprehensive expertise from numerous preliminary injunction and main action proceedings. His medium-sized mandates cover all issues of intellectual property and copyright law, including the drafting of contracts. Here he also works closely with patent attorneys.

The Kanzleimonitor 2017/2018 (Law Firm Monitor 2017/2018) states with regard to recommendations in the field of intellectual property rights: ” The following persons can be pleased about the most positive mentions as individual lawyers … Dr. Reinhard Döring from bock legal”.

Reinhard also specialises in drug advertising law and advises pharmaceutical companies both in and out of court. He also deals with questions concerning pharmaceutical law. Reinhard did his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Hans-Kurt Mees, retired judge at the Federal Court of Justice, on the question of interference liability (“Störerhaftung”). Reinhard is a lecturer for copyright law and design patent law at the University of Pforzheim.
