Drug advertising law
The Therapeutic Products Advertising Act restricts advertising on the basis of general competition law for therapeutic products and regulates the external presentation of medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics and therapeutic procedures to the public and specialist circles. In the field of drug advertising, legislation and case law are constantly in flux and often lead to new legal questions.
bock legal is experienced in the strict requirements of the drug advertising law and has many years of consulting and court practice. We support various pharmaceutical companies as well as manufacturers of medical devices in all questions of product advertising.
Here we check advertisements, brochures, internet presentations, audiovisual media and packaging for possible anti-competitive claims. This applies in particular to scientific statements, advertisements outside of the marketing authorisation, compulsory information and other special features of advertising to the general public and specialist groups.
